We’ve been listening to our customer feedback and thinking about how we can improve the experience of shopping on our site. Shopping online can sometimes be frustrating – you can’t touch or feel the product. If you’re anything like me I shop with my eyes and with my fingers – I love touching fabrics, products, opening things, closing them and seeing how they work. This is part of the decision making process, isn’t it? That’s why we thought we’d introduce some more product videos. At least that way you get to see the product being moved about, you can get an idea of size and perspective and what it looks like on the inside as well as the outside.
